Blessed with a pure, saline and warm chalky structure, respiration outlines fine white fruity fleshiness that is perceptibly sweet and poached. The Asian-style citrus zests are candied and attire themselves with a magnificent grew powderiness: pencil lead, carbon, glowing vine shoot ashes.
