Subtly smoky, unquestionably originating from the terroir, fine Hispanic salted meats mix with delicate and sensitive red fruits. It is very smooth, boasting the extreme freshness of a respectfully fruity tendency. A certain woody or tannic grain linked to the quality of a red wine offers extraordinary botanic relief, and the spring buds, blood oranges, mandarins and smokiness are magnificently heady.
